Being a female in the ever-overpowered world of finance has proven to have its adversities however, seeing you rise in the ranks to become a partner, a member of the Executive Team and a chief strategy officer as well as head of impact advisory for Brown Advisory’s firm's U.S. private client business has provided us with the inspiration and hope that we, too, can accomplish all that you have. Not only this, but you founded Invest in Girls, a program to promote financial literacy among young girls and provide them with the resources they need to propel their early careers forward. Time and time again, you have shown your utmost dedication to our cause and we wouldn’t be where we are without your leadership and guidance.
